30-day money-back guarantee
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. If you're not happy, we pick the mower up and refund you in full.
How to request a return
Email returns@mowmaaster.shop or call +41 22 545 00 00 with your order number. We send you a prepaid return label (or arrange a pickup for oversized items).
Condition
The mower must be in original condition with all accessories. Light testing is fine. Damage beyond normal testing may result in a partial refund.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the product is received.
Exceptions
Fuel must be drained before shipping a return (safety regulation). Custom items are not returnable.
Warranty
All mowers include the manufacturer warranty (typically 2 years). For warranty service, contact us and we coordinate with the manufacturer.
